Ringo is Closing

Just in case you have missed out reading my previous post Ringo is Closing - Ringo and still have not copied back your content from Ringo site, my sincere advice is to login to your account and download your content if you care about your photographs, videos and everything else that you have shared.

It is official -- no more suspense on the news about Ringo closing down. Ringo is a service provided by web.com, and they have cited reason as partner pulling out of service and costs too high to maintain the services, thus they have decided to close down Ringo sharing services.
You can get the information on the home page now when you visit Ringo as I have shown in screen shot captured about 10 minutes back.


So folks -- don't wait until June 30th 2008, if you have anything important that you have posted on Ringo, and wish to get it back in your safe custody, please login to your Ringo account and download it while you have time.
