Hear your customers voice via Alexa: Alexa Website Reviews are Back.

Alexa has now re-introduced website reviews. So whether you run a personal blog or a business website, you should keep an eye out for user reviews. For example, Rediff.com, TimesOfIndia.com and Google.com already have some reviews (and they are not all positive ones!).

How does it help you as a website owner?
Alexa as an independent entity can be used to gather honest feedback about your site, products, services and anything else you render online, so this is one place where you can hear straight from horses mouth in case you don't have the option to gather customer feedback directly on your site.

How long does the feedback stay on Alexa site?
Forever is the word. This service was stopped earlier, however all reviews have been retained and available on the launched again review section.

As stated on Alexa blog: First and foremost, all of the previous reviews are available on Alexa again. Take a look here at the reviews for ign.com. Secondly, you can now create accounts and log in to Alexa with an Alexa login or a Facebook login. Your reviews will all be aggregated under you account and you can click on the names of reviewers to see other reviews that they have written.
