Affiliate Programs Continued

OK, so how many times have you read a blog which talks about making amazing sum of assured money if you join there scheme and they pay to advertize on your site, and you have to make use of the opportunities? Well, I am not sure if you would ever make a penny out of them, though the blogger may have actually made good sum, chances of you being just as successful - are limited (ask me why).

Today I was reading one such blog and decided to check out - PPP(PayPerPost) Link@payperpost.com. All goody good on the home page, extremely wonderful writeup by Kassper on his blog - makemoneywithkassper@blogspot.

Registration is extremely simple, just add your email, first name, last name, password and date of birth (did i forgot to mention you have to provide a password too at this stage??? Yes i did... :D) Anyways, what comes next is a bigger surprise - just about a 1000 line plus General Terms and Conditions with only ONE BUTTON that proudly says I Accept Why don't I get a choice to say I DO NOT ACCEPT?

If you are planning to click on that single button, with heart full of hope, and pocket full of dreams (lovely song wasn't it, in case you haven't heard this one.. you perhaps belong to the new generation - this one is an oldie!!) oooppps, i kind of lose track, so back to topic of General Terms and Conditions
Check out the following things
a. 4.3 CREDIT CARD CHARGES.

You authorize PayPerPost to charge your credit card (as provided by you) for all charges to your account.
-- Hang on.. did i read that right? Am I supposed to pay money for making money? Oh oh oh .. and what is this...
Your non-termination or continued use of the Service reaffirms that PayPerPost is authorized to charge your credit card
. PayPerPost may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. It's a one way traffic - read more ...

you pre-authorize PayPerPost to charge your credit card up to the maximum amount that you specify plus any overages. Notwithstanding the total amount you anticipate for an Opportunity, if posts are properly made by Bloggers within the criteria specified in your Opportunity listing in excess of your anticipated amount, you also authorize PayPerPost to charge your credit card for the additional amount.

******** More one sided agreement details here --
4.2 PAYMENTS.

You agree to pay PayPerPost all charges to your account for the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If PayPerPost does not receive timely payment or if you exceed your prepayment hereunder, (i) you will incur a debit balance for the value of any unpaid charges incurred under your account, (ii) you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand, and (iii) PayPerPost reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account with PayPerPost, including deletion of your Opportunities from the Services. Any fees for the Services which are charged to your account, as well as the initial deposit(s) are non-refundable

*********

Now, I didn't accept the package and left the site within seconds of reading this wonderful agreement, word of caution for you as well - Please READ the fine print, before you accept any such agreement that doesn't give you I REJECT option.

OK, why don't you read the Terms of Service Yourself on their link https://payperpost.com/company/tos.html

Some questions though,
a. Why is the agreement not shown before collecting information (like my email id)
b. Why do you need transactions on MY CREDIT CARD, when the payments are made via paypal - and why should anyone actually pay to promote the site, write content exclusively to generate more revenue for the portal?
c. Am i missing something ... ?
d. Post your opinion - and correct me if I am wrong, but for now... I am NOT going to join this SCHEME
